Investigation Agency has a no Export policy for Generation II III IV
Night Vision Devices (NVD's).
**Night Vision EUAC - (End User
Assurance Certificate)**
Some of the products that you require,
specifically 2nd and 3rd generation Night Vision equipment are being classified
as dual-use goods (applicable for both consumer and military needs). The
multilateral Wassenaar Arrangement as well as Export and Import Permits Act of
Canada govern exports of such products. These were established with regards to
dual-use goods and technologies in order to enhance regional and international
security and stability. Therefore an official assurance is required about the
final use of Image Intensifying Night Vision Equipment.
It is policy of
Australian Investigation Agency that customers who purchase Generation II III IV
Night Vision Devices complete a customers End User Assurance Certificate issued
by us, the EUAC identifies the product details purchased including IIT (image
intensifier tube) generation (birth certificate), serial number, and an
assurance that the product will not be exported from Australia without the
authorization of the appropriate governments (Australian and Canadian). The EUAC
must be certified.
**Refund
Policy**
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give
refunds just because you change your mind. In situations where we will accept
refunds for these reasons there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. Original PROOF OF
PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.
Australian Investigation Agency will ship
your order at your cost after payment is received, except during busy holidays
and rush periods. goods in stock will usually be shipped within up to 2 weeks,
orders that require manufacture or modification of an item may require longer.
We will maintain a high level of effort to ship your purchase to you ASAP, but
cannot and will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to
shipping delays. We no longer ship to a PO Box number.
Overseas Ordering : Australian Investigation Agency chooses EMS
International Courier Service. Maximum weight sent overseas is 2 Kilogram
Warranty:
Australian Investigation Agency will honor our warranty for the agreed
period providing the primary requirement of general care has been maintained.
Many items have different periods from 3 months to 2 years depending on product.

Goods marked NO EXPORT
